Fried Brussels Sprouts

Meatballs

Whenever I am in Bastrop I go to Neighbor's. Whenever I'm at Neighbors I get these meatballs. The sauce is flavorful and thick and the meatballs are mostly meat and not a lot of breadcrumbs. I love how they are served in the cast iron skillet. Sometimes I just get the meatballs and a beer for lunch. Served out on the deck overlooking the river, it's one of my favorite things to do
