The Windy City Special


The April Pizza of the Month is The Windy City: red sauce, grated and fresh mozzarella, Italian sausage and bell pepper!  It's a Chicago classic - my parents' go-to when I was growing up in the suburbs. 😋  
A great draft beer pairing for this pizza is:  Rivet IPA or Electric Jellyfish IPA.  The bitterness of an IPA will give great balance to the spicy/saltiness of the sausage.
