We start with short ribs simmered in rosé, garlic and onions for about 4 to 6 hours and then shred them. Next, we make gravy out of the rib juices combined with tomato for the sauce base. Add shredded mozzarella cheese, onions, mushrooms, topped with shredded short ribs and a parsley garnish! *THIS HAS GLUTEN IN THE SAUCE*
