The 2020 Sauvingon Blanc comes from a single vineyard site in Chacayes, a high elevation site in the Uco Valley where vines age 25+ years. The alluvial soils are chalky, created by a mountain river that once flowed through the Andes. The arid conditions create a temperature amplitude that imparts delicate floral and citrus notes, with a light to medium-bodied palate with amazing natural acidity.
